We changed to this company about 5 years ago after using a different firm from Fayetteville and it was one of the best business decisions I have ever made. They are quick to respond to my email inquires, my monthly P&L's and check ledger is easy to read and understand. I value their guidance and now always speak to them for advice before I make any sizeable business expenditures. I recommend them highly for anyone who is seeking a very capable business accounting partner.
I was handed off to a junior accountant (to remain nameless), that could not tell me what the bill rate was for services. When further asked about the ability to handle the account he could shed no light on an approach to rectify the accounts.
I went in to see if this firm could handle by company and personal tax needs. Additionally, I wanted to conduct an audit of some records and get an estimate for bookkeeping.
I have never been treated so poorly.
So in a nutshell unless you want poor service - no explanations - and the ability to talk with someone that cannot make decisions - go somewhere else.
He also said he would have to check with the boss since he did not know if they were accepting new clients.
